Mint Hill

Mint Hill is a major suburb in the southeast part of Mecklenburg County. With a population of under 30,000, the town of Mint HIll has the small town feel with big city access. Easily accessible by highway 485, Mint Hill is an ideal location for commuters whether they are working in North Charlotte, South Charlotte or even Uptown Center City.

Mint Hill is primarily residential and is known for it’s larger lot sizes and all-brick homes. The price per square foot in Mint Hill is generally lower than what you might find in other parts of the metro like Ballantyne.

As it is part of Mecklenburg County, Mint Hill is part of the Charlotte Mecklenburg School system. The local public schools include Bain Elementary, Mint Hill Middle School and Independence High School.
